The educational portion of the project includes a secondary-level technical school. The purpose of this technical school is to provide students with vocational craft skills and building construction knowledge. With this unique educational background, students would be prepared to pursue 'study abroad' college degrees in architecture and engineering. Assuming that not all students would continue their education past secondary school, the vocational skills taught in the technical school would also prepare graduates of this program for employment in the prefab housing factory as well as successful careers in the Rwandan construction industry.
The concept of this school embodies Rebuilding Rwanda's overall mission of aiding Rwanda in renovating its urban infrastructure.
